Engineers
1 Increasing the number of the members up to six thousand active members and eighty thousand affiliated members by end of 2020.
2 Developing the members' competitive abilities and activating their roles by holding conferences, training courses, seminars and the specialized professional workshops and getting all the members involve.
3 Helping the members to get jobs in the government and private sectors through training the local engineers and securing his future.
4 A data base for the development of training programs.

6 Setting up a social insurance systems to achieve equality and social justice among all members in order to encourage affiliation to society.
