During a ceremony held at the headquarter of Society of Engineers-UAE (SOE), the Society signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Emirates Association for Lawyers and Legal (EALL) aiming at empowering partnership and cooperation between the two authorities to enhance the course of works in order to achieve development and to serve members and service recipients of both ends.
The memorandum was signed by Eng. Mohamed Mashroom, SOE’s Secretary General and Advocate Zayed Al Shamsi, EALL’s Chairman. The memorandum emphasized the enhancement of the partnership between both parties to achieve mutual benefit, to level up the value of the legal status, to strengthen the chances of progress in realizing the sought vision and to satisfy clients. It also included the concept of mutual effort to improve performance, simplify procedures, improve services provided for clients, enlarge community's benefit and set out a mechanism that aims at leveling up work standards to ensure the protection of residents and nonresidents' rights.
