Peace, mercy and blessings of God
Allah, the Al-Mighty, says: "And say: "Work (righteousness): Soon will Allah observe your work, and His
Messenger, and the Believers". True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
We have determined to make the best efforts to serve the engineering sector in the State through the Society
of Engineers. So, We are renewing this covenant to reach the best levels that guarantee the excellence of the
services provided by the Society to all engineers in the State. We emphasize that this will only be achieved by
cooperation between all parties, so that our mission and vision, which aims to achieve the best engineering
practices in the UAE, will be realized.
The Society of Engineers had many achievements over the past period. I would like to point out that the Society
is now achieving an unprecedented new achievement: the adoption of a training course in collaboration with
Dubai Municipality, entitled "Al Sa'fat Certified Engineer ­ Professionals Category", that the UAE will be the
leader in the adoption of the title "Al Sa'fat Certified Engineer ­ Professionals Category", which serves the policy
of the State to adopt technology that guarantees energy saving and be friendly Environment at the same time.
I would like to take the opportunity to highlight the great role played by the specialized committees in the Society
since inauguration, especially the Engineers Committee, because women have a prominent and important role
in society, particularly after the UAE engineer occupies a prominent position not only in the UAE but also in the
regional and international levels as well. Accordingly, The UAE girls of the in all fields where they join. We assure
that the Society of Engineers provides all support to them in order to adopt their great efforts, which are in the
interest of the women sector in the State, especially in the field of engineering.
We will never forget the youth category, the largest group in our UAE society, which our leadership pays great
attention to. We follow this example and follow the example of our leadership to give young engineers a keen
interest, whether the male and female engineering students in engineering colleges or universities or newly
graduated engineers, through enriching their skills and expertise via the training courses and initiatives offered
by the Society of Engineers, which makes them eligible for the labor market. It should be noted here that the
Society of Engineers has a new achievement in its new administration since assuming responsibility for the
development of the Young Engineers Center out of its awareness of the importance of this constructive sector.
So paying attention to youth will ensure our future prospects and ensures that the policy of evolution and
modernity is always followed.
On the other hand, the Society of Engineers in UAE is a key partner that sponsors and supports all engineering
events in the UAE by participating in state-of-the-art engineering exhibitions and conferences that shows the
latest means and technologies in the field of engineering out of the awareness of important role achieved by
the Society of Engineers in the UAE, which in turn transfers these expertise to all engineers in the State, in
cooperation with governmental and private bodies and institutions, and in great contact with the international
engineering bodies and organizations. So, the Society of Engineers has become the headquarters of many of
them, such as the International Federation of Surveyors, the International Union of Structural Concrete, and
other institutions and bodies whose partnership with the Society of Engineers has become fruitful and useful.
