His Excellency Engineer Essa Al Maidoor Director General of the Dubai Health Authority and Chariman of Society of Engineers UAE received a high-level Japanese delegation from the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, in order to discuss ways of cooperation between the Society of Engineers UAE, the Japanese Society of Engineers and the World Federation of Engineering Organizations, through a variety of engineering initiatives, and the transfer of expertise in the fields of sustainability and infrastructure and smart cities.

Eng. Maidoor said that, The Society of Engineers UAE, through its leadership position, plays an important role in communication between local and international engineers and  various global engineering institutions for the transfer of expertise, communication and transfer of knowledge, even to enable them to check out the new technologies in various fields of engineering through the opportunity to review the best techniques and practices and experiences of the UAE internationally and regionally.
